I founded Caminero Law to help injured individuals and their loved ones receive the compensation they deserve. I’ve witnessed many people in the minority communities be taken advantage of by the insurance companies after being injured due to the negligence of another person. Navigating through the legal process after an accident can be daunting and I am here to make that process easier. I will not only take charge of your case but also educate you along the way to make you feel empowered. I take great personal pride in providing passionate, caring, personalized service to each of my clients.

Franchesca Caminero is a Personal Injury Attorney in South Florida. She founded her firm, Caminero Law, during the Covid Pandemic in February 2021. She is passionate about helping her clients navigate through the legal process after an accident or injury to protect them from the advantages of insurance companies. Franchesca values and prioritizes empowerment, not only in her personal life, but also in her professional life. She takes charge of her clients’ cases while providing thorough guidance around the process, empowering them with education about legal rights.

Ashley Lopez joined Caminero Law in 2022. She is originally from New Jersey and raised in South Florida. Ashley approaches her work with compassion and drive, working long hours to help her team and clients obtain the best possible outcome in their cases.
Over the next few years, she hopes to grow her knowledge and work in other areas of the law.
In her spare time, Ashley enjoys cooking new recipes, online shopping and relaxing on the beach.
Xandra Caminero, Social Media Manager
Xandra is an International Business college graduate. Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and raised between New Jersey and Santo Domingo, Xandra is fluent in Spanish and is determined to provide the best personal working experience with every client.
In the pursuit of new creative endeavors, Xandra discovered that it’s her purpose to help individuals through difficult times and has found an interest in Law.
Her experiences include eight years of customer service and supervision. In her spare time, Xandra enjoys dancing, getting to know new places and trying new food. She believes that “everything is possible if you put your mind to it.”
